Lysée is a boutique pastry shop located in the Gramercy area of New York City. The owner and chef, eunji lee, continuously creates stunning and beautiful desserts, fit for a gallery-like setting.

   Starting from 2023, I have been delighted to help collaborate with Lysée in creating dessert illustrations for their holiday offerings, ranging from madeleines to their galette des rois. Through continued conversations with chef Eunji, these illustrations help showcase her beautiful creations in an accurate, yet playful way.
